(Serial numbers may be found in one of two places)
  1. Under the machine seat on the machine's steel equipment frame
  2. Or, near the black pillow-block bearings on the machine on the underside of the steel

 Sterling Fitness Equipment guarantees its basic steel framework and cylinders against defective material and workmanship for life to the original purchaser only, 3 years on moving parts, and 120 days on upholstery. This warranty does not apply to any part or parts damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or accident, or which have been repaired or altered by anyone other than Sterling Fitness Equipment or it's representatives unless authorized. No other warranties, except the above, apply to any equipment distributed by Sterling Fitness Equipment or any independent contractors, dealers, or distributors of Sterling Fitness Equipment. If shipping is necessary for replacement under the equipment warranty, the purchaser agrees to pay for all shipping charges. Removal or disfigurement of serial numbers will void the equipment warranty.
