3 Easy Steps to have your equipment delivered to your door FAST!
After placing your initial call or submitting your email form (see the "Request A Quote" form located above), a Sales Team Associate will personally help you to determine the size of the circuit you will need for your facility, as well as your choice of upper and lower body hydraulic equipment. After you are confident about the specifications of your order and are ready to move forward with your club opening...
1. Confirm your order with your sales team associate.
2. Select from one of the following payment methods
Wire Transfer (All international orders must use this payment type. Banking information will be sent to you upon
receipt of order.)
Free Check Draft Service
(Safest way to ensure your checks prompt receipt - no lost checks in the mail - US customers only.)
Company or personal check (US customers only)
Credit Card payment (Prices quoted are on cash terms only. While we gladly accept credit card payments, discounts
offered may be affected. Bill to and Ship to addresses must be the same. )
3. Select your upholstery color and machine frame color.
(We can place your club name or logo on your equipment. Simply email a .jpg, .eps, or .tif file

SHIPPING SCHEDULES:  Ship dates are generally 3 - 4 weeks from receipt of your initial deposit. Your Sales Representative will contact you to schedule your ship date and training date, if applicable. If you need your order immediately, please let your Sales Rep. know so that arrangements can be made. Your order will be placed on "Priority Status". Changes to your order or special orders may take extra processing time, also please allow for shipping delays. A 10 day notice must be given for any ship date changes to avoid freight penalties and fees from the shipping company. Rescheduling shipping times may also result in higher freight quotes. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:  Shipments to businesses in the U.S. will be supplied a tracking number upon request. If your shipment is Door to Door you will be contacted 24 hours in advance of delivery to arrange an unloading time. Arrangements may be made with the freight company for help to unload the equipment (this will require a fee) or you can schedule your own help to unload. All equipment is shipped pre-assembled and weighs an average of 150 lbs each. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:  International customers may choose either Air or Ocean Freight for their equipment shipment. While Air shipments usually arrive sooner (7 - 10 days), Ocean Freight is normally the least expensive method of shipping. Depending on your equipment’s destination, ocean shipping takes from 14 to 30 days. Unless otherwise arranged, your equipment will be shipped by container via ocean freight - Port to Port. A 10 day notice must be given for any ship date changes to avoid freight penalties and fees from the shipping company. Rescheduling shipping times may also result in higher freight quotes.
If your purchase includes FREE SHIPPING, the least expensive shipping method and shipping lanes will be used. Ship dates on FREE SHIPPING purchases will be left to the sole discretion of Sterling Fitness Equipment. Changes in FREE SHIPPING ship dates may result in charges.
All international fees including, but not limited to, duties, tariffs, GST, Vat, port storage fees and Custom's fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipping documents will be mailed to you prior to your equipment's arrival at the port. It is important that the correct address is given to avoid any problems. You can arrange for all your custom's documents to be mailed or faxed to you or to your broker to avoid custom's delays.

Customers who choose to handle their own shipping logistics may obtain the necessary origin documents from Sterling Fitness Equipment for a fee of $85.00.
Merchandise Lost or Damaged in Shipment:  Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before you sign the Bill of Lading or other shipping documents. Note any damages with the driver and record them on the Bill of Lading. Failure to do so may result in loss of replacement, etc... The freight company will not cover damages not recorded properly. If possible, take a picture of the damage and keep with your copy of the BOL. While freight damage rarely occurs, without the proper documentation damages will not be recovered.
Each shipment includes a complete detailed Packing List. Be sure to count each item and note any missing merchandise on the Packing List. All containers are loaded and sealed at our warehouse. The seal number and trailer number are noted on your BOL.
Unpacking Your Shipment:  If your equipment is shipped on pallets, it will be secured to the pallet with foam packaging and metal bands held down by screws. You will need a metal cutter or a cordless drill with a Phillips head screw tip to unscrew the bands. (Be sure to have an extra battery handy.) All pallets, foam, metal, and screws will need to be picked up and disposed of. Your equipment will also be shrink-wrapped and/or boxed. Do not use sharp objects to cut the shrink-wrap material. Use your hands and tear the material away to avoid cuts in your upholstery. When opening boxes, use extreme caution to avoid cutting materials or equipment.
If your equipment is shipped in a container, all machines will be secured to the wood floor with foam packaging and metal bands held down by screws. Follow the procedures above for removal of equipment.
